Where to live in Singapore with children
Most expat families choose where to live after they choose a school. This page puts the two together: for every postal district, the international school campuses there, how many preschools it has and what they charge foreigners.

Before you sign a lease
Questions worth asking about any home you consider:
- Lease length and whether there is a diplomatic or break clause if your job ends or you are transferred.
- Security deposit amount and the conditions for getting it back, plus who pays stamp duty on the lease.
- Who handles and pays for minor repairs, air-conditioner servicing and pest control.
- Whether a helper's room, pets, or home-based work are allowed under the lease or condo rules.
- Commute at school drop-off time — try the route at 7am, not at midday.
- Inventory and photos of the condition of the home on handover day.
ŌRRA is not a property agency. We do not introduce, market, arrange viewings for or negotiate any

(CEA) on the CEA website before you engage them.
