Childcare & preschool fees for foreigners

Singapore preschool fees depend on your child's citizenship. Government preschool subsidies are only for Singapore Citizen children, and centres list a separate — usually higher — fee for children who are neither citizens nor PRs. Here are those foreigner rates for every licensed centre, grouped by district.

How to read the fees. Figures are the monthly fees each centre reports to ECDA, before any subsidy and as listed (some centres include GST, some do not — check with the centre). Registration fees, deposits, uniforms, meals for infants and enrichment are usually extra. Citizen rates are shown on district pages for comparison only.
