ŌRRA helps families who are moving to Singapore, or have just arrived, make the big decisions with real numbers: which school, which preschool, which neighbourhood, and what it will all cost each month.

Most parenting sites in Singapore are written for citizens, whose fees are heavily subsidised. Expat families pay different — usually full — rates, and the official tools rarely show them. We collect the published figures for non-citizens and put them side by side.

Our data comes from public sources: the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) centre and fee listings on data.gov.sg, the Ministry of Manpower for helper rules, and each school's own fee schedule. Every page shows its source and the date we last checked it.
